Catholic Middle School Athletic Association
St. Patrick School (Smithtown) is a member of the Catholic Middle School Athletic Association (CMSAA). CMSAA promotes Catholic values, good sportsmanship, and teamwork through interscholastic athletic competition among middle schools in the Diocese of Rockville Centre. CMSAA is comprised of roughly 20 Parish and Regional Schools across Long Island.
This league is open to middle school students (grades 6, 7, and 8). Practices and games are generally held on school days, between the hours of 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Locations vary.
This program is run strictly by volunteers, from our school representative to our parent coaches. The values of teamwork, collaboration, sportsman-like attitude, and healthy competition are emphasized.
Please consider volunteering as a coach. Working with your child and his/her classmates is a rewarding experience unlike any other and is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of St. Patrick students.
St. Patrick School competes in a variety of sports throughout the year:
Fall: Soccer (Boys & Girls); Cross Country (Boys & Girls)
Winter: Basketball (Boys & Girls) Bowling
Spring: Baseball (Boys); Softball (Girls); Lacrosse (Boys and Girls); Volleyball (Girls); Volleyball (Co-Ed)
