Dear 6th grade parents,

We are changing things up this year! You are going to  pick up your child's report card at the office. You can look it over and then line up outside the classroom of those teachers that you need to speak with. You are NO LONGER getting your report cards from your homeroom teacher. We hope this streamlines you conference process.
Fondly,
Mrs. D
Times are posted on the school's homepage: Thursday 12-5 and 6-8, Friday 12-3.

In the spirit of Advent, the middle school has responded to a local parish family in need. In lieu of a class grab bag or Kris Kringle, we are collecting $10 per student and have adopted a parish family. Please send all donations in an envelope with your child's name and class marked on it. State that this is for the Reach For a Star. Our middle school parents have started shopping for this family with the donations. We would like all the donations in by 12/13 so that the parish can deliver the gifts prior to Christmas.
As you open your Christmas gifts under your tree this year, take a moment to think of the family that we have adopted. As you and your children open your gifts, they will be opening theirs because of your generosity....spread the joy, love, and peace of this season. Thank you for your generosity!

Dear Middle School Parents,

We realize that many students have fallen ill this semester. We would like to inform you of our middle school absentee protocol. If your child is out due to illness please advise them to look at the websites for information. We have assigned each student a buddy that will collect work and have asked those students to exchange contact information. Please make sure your child reaches out to their buddy for missed classroom and homework assignments. If you require books to be sent to the office for you to pick up, please request these books at the beginning of the school day in order for the books to be collected an end of the school day pick up. In addition, several teachers have folders or “spots” in their classroom where students can pick up missed worksheets once they return. It is the student’s responsibility to go to the folder for their missed work. We are encouraging our students to self-advocate and grow in their independence as they prepare for high school.

Fondly,
